| A.D.R.
starts its activity in 1993 from the encounter of some trainers, researchers
and scholars of psychology, social sciences, medical sciences and Information
Technology. Their aim was to share the experience of many years of activity.
A.D.R. promotes the individual development in the organizational complexity, considering the person both as subject and object of the relationship. The chief object of A.D.R. is to develop a strategy for adult learning. The goal is achieved through a method that enhances individual analyse and self-observation skills, that may start self-learning processes. The expected result is the development of creative and relational capabilities together with competence in handling changes in organizational and institutional contexts. A.D.R. combines the attention to the individual cognitive problems with the emotional side, considering how much emotions affect learning processes, motivation to changes and job performances. |
Activity A.D.R. conducts the activity of counselling, supervision, training and research in those fields where the relationships problems are fore grounded, i.e. permanent education, and organizational development. A.D.R. realizes custom made formation projects, develops multimedia material and research for required formation. Didactic methodology The work with small groups is favoured, utilizing active didactic methods, TV.CC., audiovisual and multimedia materials. A teacher is always present in the room, in order to read the group dynamics and to convey the adequate feedback to the participants. The assessment of results of formative process is very accurate. |
